We are a Warsaw-based employment agency bringing workers from Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe to Polish companies. We run the entire process: recruitment at source, work legalisation, relocation and post-arrival support.
Primework Group Sp. z o.o. is an employment agency specialising in recruitment from Far Eastern and emerging markets.
We started from a simple observation: Polish factories, warehouses and construction sites do not need another middleman – they need a partner who takes responsibility for the entire process, from finding the right candidate to their first day on the shop floor.
Today we recruit in more than twenty countries – from the Philippines, India and Nepal, through Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Indonesia, to Georgia, Ukraine, Kenya and Colombia. Every direction is handled by vetted, licensed local partners.
Our head office is in Warsaw – from here we coordinate projects across Poland and stay in contact with voivodeship offices and consulates.
