The website primework.pl (the "Website") is owned and operated by Primework Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Fabryczna 18, 05-077 Warsaw, Poland (the "Provider" or "Primework").

These terms constitute the regulations for the provision of electronic services under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. They are made available free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded and stored.

03§ 3

Scope of services

The Provider offers the following services free of charge:

  • information about employment agency services: one-off and mass recruitment, specialist search, residence and work legalisation, type A permits, residence cards, temporary agency work, outsourcing and relocation;
  • contact forms and a multi-step employer enquiry form;
  • downloadable materials, including the company brochure in PDF;
  • links to direct contact channels (phone, e-mail, messengers).

The Website is informational and marketing in nature. Descriptions, timelines and example positions do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71).

Recruitment, employment intermediation, temporary work or outsourcing services are governed by a separate written or documentary agreement. Scope and pricing follow from that agreement only.

Primework operates as an employment agency under Polish law and never charges candidates any fee for finding employment or for job placement.

04§ 4

Technical requirements

To use the Website you need an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, cookies enabled for some features, and an active e-mail account when using the forms.

The Provider aims for continuous availability but reserves the right to short maintenance breaks or interruptions beyond its control.

05§ 5

Using the forms

  1. 01Submitting a form requires the fields marked as mandatory (at least full name and e-mail) and acknowledgement of the data processing information.
  2. 02Users must provide true and current data relating to themselves or the entity they represent.
  3. 03Submitting a form does not oblige either party to conclude a contract; it is an enquiry that Primework answers by contacting you back.
  4. 04We try to reply as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours on business days. During peaks in enquiries or limited team capacity it may take longer.
  5. 05Forms are protected by anti-spam measures, including a hidden honeypot field. Submissions that appear automated may not be processed.
06§ 6

Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to use the Website unlawfully or in a way that harms the Provider or third parties, in particular by:

  • supplying unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or misleading content;
  • sending unsolicited commercial information (spam) through the forms;
  • disrupting the Website, attempting unauthorised access, vulnerability scanning, automated attacks or mass scraping;
  • using Website content to build competing databases or marketing materials without consent.
07§ 7

Intellectual property

All elements of the Website – texts, layout, graphics, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, logos and downloadable materials – belong to Primework Group Sp. z o.o. or are used under licence and are legally protected.

Copying, reproducing, publishing or distributing these materials beyond permitted personal use requires the Provider's prior written consent.

08§ 8

Liability

We take due care to keep information accurate, especially regarding residence and work legalisation. Migration law changes frequently, so this content is general information and not legal advice.

Hiring and legalisation decisions should be based on individual arrangements with Primework and the law in force at the time.

The Website links to external sites (maps, government portals, social media). The Provider is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

09§ 9

Complaints

Complaints about the Website can be sent to biuro@primework.pl or by post to the registered address, including contact details and a description of the issue.

Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt and answered through the same channel.

10§ 10

Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and cookies in the Cookie policy. Both documents supplement these terms and are linked in the footer.

11§ 11

Final provisions

The Provider may amend these terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law, services or Website features. The new version applies from the date of publication.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court competent for the Provider's seat; consumers retain all statutory rights.
