We recruit in the Philippines, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia and Sri Lanka, among others. Thanks to our network of recruitment partners, we find candidates who meet your requirements.
We analyze your requirements and prepare an offer, run preselection in the candidate's home country, verify documents and references, arrange medical exams and documents, legalize residence and work, and finally arrange transport to Poland and onboarding support. Practical or language tests are optional and carried out only for an additional fee if the client explicitly requests them.
Usually 2 to 6 months, depending on the candidate's country of origin and the required procedures. We make sure the whole process runs smoothly and in compliance with the law.
You'll need a work permit and a visa, among other things. We support clients through the entire process – preparing and submitting documents to the relevant authorities and handling residence legalization.
The cost depends on the number of workers, required qualifications, industry and the specifics of the process. We offer competitive rates and agree on all costs clearly at the start of the cooperation.
