We recruit through local partner offices and labour authorities in each country of origin. Filter by region, search for a country or role, then hover a flag on the map to see the details.
The process is the same on every direction
Authorities and lead times differ – the way we work does not. You get one contact person and one schedule; we run the rest.
1. Profile and direction
We define roles, volume and budget, then pick the country that genuinely has those candidates – not the other way round.
2. Sourcing and paperwork
Our local partner office screens candidates and verifies certificates. In parallel we file the type A work permit in Poland.
3. Visa and arrival
Medicals, pre-departure training, national D visa, tickets and airport transfer – all handled on our side.
4. Onboarding and care
Accommodation, registration, PESEL, bank account and one dedicated coordinator for the whole contract.
