The economic copyright to the graphics published on primework.pl belongs to Primework Group Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw, ul. Fabryczna 18, 05-077 Warsaw, Poland.
Every image file carries embedded IPTC and XMP metadata: title, description, keywords, author, source and the copyright notice. This metadata is an integral part of the file and must not be removed or altered.

Permitted use
- Display of the images by search engines and image search results (for example Google Images) together with a link back to the source page on primework.pl.
- Image previews in social media share cards (Facebook, LinkedIn, X) when linking to our pages.
- Use of press materials by media and industry portals – after contacting us in advance and crediting the source as “primework.pl”.
Use that requires consent
- Commercial use outside primework.pl, including advertising, offers and sales materials of other entities.
- Modifying or cropping the files and removing markings, logos or metadata.
- Sharing the images in stock photo libraries, content generators or datasets used to train artificial intelligence models.
- Suggesting cooperation, partnership or endorsement by Primework Group without written confirmation.
In each of the cases above, prior written consent from the rights owner is required.
How to obtain a licence
Licence requests should be sent to biuro@primework.pl or made by phone: +48 501 501 216. Please state the address of the page containing the image, the intended field of use and the period of use.
We reply within 48 hours on business days. Consent is granted in writing or in documentary form (email) and defines the scope and duration of the licence.
Personal likeness and nature of the materials
Graphics showing people are produced with respect for the right to one’s image – based on consent or as illustrative material, including digitally generated visuals. They do not document specific recruitment processes and do not contain candidates’ personal data.
Photographs and visualisations are illustrative and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
